      I sure can relate to Cole's impression of the branch manager below. Went to the teller with a TreasuryDirect Account Authorization form from the U.S. Department of Treasury that require a bank officer to verify my ID, certify and stamp. The teller then took it to the branch manager who just didn't seem to want to be bothered or be willing to help. No can do was basically the answer I got, and his attitude became increasingly passive-aggressive as I started to challenge him. Long story short, it didn't end pretty and I angrily walked out. Later, after listening to my story, my spouse also recalled an unpleasant prior experience with the same gentleman who was ice cold until he pulled up the account and saw the balance on his computer screen. Not sure why he seems to have this attitude that he's better than the rest of us. Maybe because we were in cheap T-shirts and shorts while he was in a suit? As customers of BofA for over 25 years, these experiences and the interest rate with increasing zeros behind the decimal point have surely motivated us to start moving funds out of its custody.

      Itzel Perez was unprofessional, I would've gotten better service if I wasn't hispanic. I only gave it one star because zero stars is not an option.

      05/06/22. A short staffed day BUT .. (Opening time) As a customer I witnessed two employees whom exemplified customer service in every way. Both Neha Valsadiya and her Manager prioritized all the customer's needs in a professional, polite, and skilled manner.

      Worst bank ever, I asked for cash back and I was short $50 I didn’t find out until I got home, I went back to the back today and they said, but nothing wrong . The teller knew she was wrong . And the Superviser said sorry but I trust my girl a 100%. Please don’t go to that location they still your money . Baseline & Dobson .

      Our banker is Neha Valsadiya at this Bank of America located on Baseline and Dobson. She is professional and kind. She follows through on what she promises to do and patiently answers our questions. Her manager is named Earnest and he treats us with respect and goes the extra mile to help in any way possible. We have received excellent service from these individuals and highly recommend them!

      I like coming to this location because there is generally little to no line. However, I will never understand why they have an employee wandering around the branch looking out the windows waiting for customer's to come in, while they have customer's IN THE BRANCH waiting in line to be helped? I walked in as this employee was finishing a transaction with another patron, I stood in line and watched as the patron left and instead of helping me the employee gets her clipboard and wanders around the branch looking out the windows while awkwardly glancing at me, never asked me if I needed help or what I was there for. I had to ask her to serve me. Multi-million dollar banking establishment, please invest some of that money into a better customer service experience for your customers. I recommend a business line like most other branches have, or possibly more than 1 teller helping patrons at a time. Other than that I have no complaints, the tellers are always nice.

      Wish I could score as "0" for the complete lack of customer service at this branch. The last 3 visits over the last 2 months have left me very disappointed! Today I came in to the branch a couple of minutes before closing on a Sat to withdraw funds from one account and deposit cash to another (more than I was withdrawing). There was only 1 other customer in the bank. Not only did I have my DL, my passport, my work ID, but I had 9 credit and debit cards from other banking institutions (many had my picture on them). The teller was polite, but said she couldnt confirm my identity because I didnt have my BofA debit card with me, and that I had no phone number on my account to send a confirmation text to confirm my identity (even though I had my phone on me and I received BofA texts using the phone number on file for my account while in the lobby!!!), and I couldnt remember the day I opened my acount (which was many years before she was born)! I asked to have my account information updated based on the IDs I had with me, or to order a replacement debit card, but the manager indicated he could not keep the banker on for overtime -- but I could come back on another day or make an appointment and take care of my withdrawal/deposit then!! The banker who was sitting <50 ft away couldn't spend 5 mins taking care of this BofA account issue, but I could spend my time and gas or time on the phone to resolve. Made me feel like my time is not valued by this BofA branch. I am SO relieved that I can rely on Wells Fargo, Chase, and Citibank to take care of simple banking requests like cash withdrawals & deposits... not one of those banks have EVER told me to come back at another time that was more convenient for the bank employees than for me, a customer who walked in to their lobby during posted working hours. Very disappointing, BofA!!!

      I got there just after 4 pm not knowing they close at 4 pm. Less branches, less staff, shorter hours. Less and less to like. Have been thinking of changing bank for over 30 years. Even in an other country Americans have never said a good word in regards to Bank of America.

      In June and July 2019, I saw the bonus rewards for BOA cash reward credit card and travel reward credit card so that I went to this location to apply for them. When I talked to a banker I said clearly that I apply for credit cards because of their opening bonus. Unfortunately, when I checked my bonus status on Sep 16th 2019, a manager said when I applied them, the banker did not use appropriate way to activated the credit bonus if I did not ask her to do so. They are right that I did not ask the banker to do so but I said clearly I opened these two credit cards for the opening bonus. How can I ask them in a more formal way? This story just means that the rule here and the banker’s behavior will act against costumer’s best interest if the banker is not formerly asked to do the right thing...

      I have three accounts with them so scheduled an appointment for notary. This notary guy is very rude and recommended me to go to UPS. Wow! what a disaster this branch service is. Never coming back here. I don’t recommend any services with them.
