  Aaron’s SNMC team is a well oiled machine! They are fast but also attentive to details. I’ve been so impressed with their responsiveness and willingness of everyone on the team to answer all of my questions from rates, qualification letters, appraisals, etc. really excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them!

  These guys were great to work with. Their were so many curve balls on my end, from a house which had a piece of the roof blow off, different states purchases and even a merger and change in my employment during the loan process. All these things factored we moved forward and closed amazing. Saying all that I can't believe we got the loan and they did not give up.

  This was my second time working with SNMC. The first was to refinance my primary residence, and the second was to purchase an investment property. On both occasions Aaron and his team were excellent. The whole process was extremely efficient and they maintained constant communication through out the whole process.   The only company I’ll do investment loans through. They are efficient, friendly, and they always align with what your goals are. “Impossible” is not a word in their vocabulary.
