  Did my first - but certainly not last - loan with the Security National Mortgage team last month. I'm a hard money lender so understand that conventional mortgages are a pain, especially when you already have several loans. To my plesant surprise, Aaron's entire team is very well versed in working with real estate investors. We closed way faster than I thought possible, got a rate I didn't think was possible, it offered me more than I actually ended up taking, the communication was solid, and his team leverages technology that makes the process faster and easier. Aaron has become an important resource for me as we move more clients out of California and I really love getting the feedback that they too have had a good experience. Thanks Aaron!   Aaron and his team are the best in the industry in my opinion. They helped me close several of my loans simultaneously and on time before the lock period.   Aaron is a great partner to obtain a mortgage. He is knowledgeable about rental real estate and is licensed in multiple states. He and his team have a clear well defined process, and good communication. Worked well through a refinance which takes time due to COVID schedules and very high demand.
