  Friendly, personal, and honest service. Jori and Tamyra are not only easy to get a hold of but they are helpful and kind with any questions and concerns that I bring to them concerning my policies. I recently was able to meet Jori and Tamyra in person and they were so welcoming and warm! I would highly recommend Jori for anyone looking for quality service!

  Amazing, above and beyond service. I had a simple request to get statements, which is WAY harder than you would think from most providers. Tamyra really went out of her way to help me out and put together some information I needed. Instead of brushing me off, she created a custom solution and got it over to me same day. It is so hard to find this kind of customer service these days and I greatly appreciate Jori's local office for going above and beyond to assist me.

  Wow Tamyra has a bunch of compliments from Google reviewers... well here's one more: THE BEST customer service ever! Fast, convenient and friendly. I never feel like I have to explain my situation over and over, she just understands and speaks in plain uncomplicated language. And she remembers who I am each time! I LOATHE spending time talking about bills with a representative over the phone, but with Tamyra, I don't have to!

  I’ve been a client of Jori Kasher’s State Farm for 10+ years. She is always available to take care of my insurance needs. And when she is not, her office manager, Tamyra, is very knowledgeable whenever I call in with questions about my policies, etc. They’re a great team!

  Trust me it’s not like other agents who through you in pit hole and wash their hands after . Colleen always helps me finding a best quote and also settling my claim . They are the best and very professional. I recommend them to others

  I have never had such a seamless time trying to findinsurace. Tamyra M Pickett is not only professional, empathetic and kind, but knows how to do her job inside in out.
