  I love this team!! Reece Cohen and his entire team treated us with 5 star service!!! I started with a different lender in FL who tried to force me into products I did not want or need. About $23,000 to close on a $228k home. They were about to rob us blind. My realtor said, " No no no we aren't playing that game. Fire them and call my guy Reece with Atlantic Bay Mortgage. " I was extremely apprehensive as I was already pretty far in the process with this other lender and had a lot of anxiety switching lenders and risk losing the contract. Especially in this market when I lost bidding wars a handful of times before finally getting an offer accepted. So I went with my gut, trusted my realtor, and called Reece he said ," I'm positive I can beat their prices. Go fill out the app on our site and we'll expedite this." With 24hrs I was further along with Reece and his team than the other lenders and already $6000 cheaper of the rip!! Then when we got to closing another $1000 came off the total needed to close!!! Reece and and his team saved me and my family $7000. That amount might not mean a lot to others, but meant the world to us! I'm working 2 jobs my wife is a full time mom and we have a 9 year old, 3 year old, and 6 month old. Majority of families out there know every penny counts these days! So, If you want to be treated with respect and made to feel like top priority you have to use Reece and his team at Atlantic!! I had around the clock support and constant updates that made me feel comfortable with the entire process! They got us to closing and worked financing miracles for us! We not only found the perfect house we got to move in with money still in the bank! Thank you Reece and Atlantic Bay from the bottom of our hearts! -Sawyer and family

  I worked with Corey in buying my first home. He was professional and friendly; very easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and explained to me step by step of what to expect. He also checked on me throughout the whole buying process and after the closing. He’s very thorough, even the closing attorney complimented his work. He helped make the process not as stressful.   Reece and the Atlantic Bay team were a wonderful group with whom to do business. I spent a long time looking for the right lender, and after seeing how amazingly responsive they are, and how they were able to execute a two-week closing, I know I made the right choice with Reece and his team.
