  We are extremely pleased that we chose to build our home with Beazer Homes. The website is very informative and our Project Manager Sean has been great. However, working directly with Tyree Taylor as our Sales Representative reconfirmed that we made the right decision. Tyree is very knowledgeable, friendly and carries a high attention to details. He made himself avaliable to answer any of our questions and even now he continues to provide excellent customer service by routinely checking on our home experience. This is even months after closing. Tyree operates in a manner that is not pressure driven and truly partners with you to make the decision that makes the most sense for you. We are very pleased with our Beazer home and the neighborhood we moved in. I highly recommend working with Tyree Taylor. He provides a wealth of knowledge and is a pleasure to partner with when purchasing or considering buying a home.

  We enjoyed the part where we went to the design center and picked out our finishes and options. Beware, however. Just about everything you see in the model homes is an option, and even a basic home can get very expensive. That's a part of the production construction process. The sales reps were very easy to deal with, but make sure they understand whose email is whose (spouse/significant other, etc.). Our builder especially was experienced and fun to deal with. We hear he's gone to another Beazer community, though.

  Building the home was completed when promised. But Beazer Homes used the cheapest kitchen cabinets, there are no handles (hardware) or at least groves to open them.

  Overall, my experience with my new home build at Bishop's Landing in Millville, Delaware went well. However, now that Beazer Homes has my money after settlement it is more difficult to get return phone calls when contacting them about outstanding items that had not been completed settlement time. Service after settlement means more than service before settlement. Beazer Homes has an opportunity to sore above all other home builders in this respect, but is not taking advantage of the opportunity in my experience.

  It’s all about how they care of you after the sale!!! Gary the project manger for the community he’s at you beck and call!!! This guy is the Best!!!! Very friendly, very helpful, THE BEST!!! I’ve bought homes from other home builders and NO ONE COMES Close to level of service Beazer has given me!!! Beazer is lucky to have someone like Gary working for them!!

  After signing the contract, was apprehensive of the process and service of Beazer. I was so delighted Thru the entire process, professional, did what they said plus more. Beazer was truly a great experience, and I would Highly recommend Beazer. I had the opportunity to purchase a model home, could not be happier with the quality, service and followup.

  I never write reviews. However I feel it is necessary to help others avoid wasting money. DO NOT purchase a BEAZER HOME. Within my first year I have foundation issues; cracks garage water in intruding inside. Nails coming through my stairs; nail pop outs all over, MOLD from leaks, bathroom leaking in Dinning room and the list goes on. I've reported all issues to the warranty department numerous times and 2 yrs later I am still trying to get some help with repairs. In addition to, having to take off countless house during the first 3 months of home purchase for building to repairs other major issues . Please do not purchase a Beazer Home, it is very cheaply constructed. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF! Several of my neighbors is also experiencing major issues!!

  I like to start off as saying. do not believe anything a construction supervisor tell you. when you purchase any Beazer home. on any Beazer property. do not trust their warranty program do not trust their customer service, they're rude and impolite and they will not get back in contact with you after the year is up.you only have the first yearon A $350 to $450 thousand property. so do not let them lie to you. when they build their homes. It looks good to the outside eyes. It's a piece of plywood holding the aisle together and if you look up under it the plywood is still visible. I have construction issues on one of my window seals where the paint chippings and everything is still there and they refused and did not clean it off!! The floor it's uneven and buckling. but they lied to me and my wife and said dad take care of it but they needed us to get in and close as soon as possible. The product is Poor and said that they would take care of everything which was a big lie. if you get any of there property it's all up to you. but if I was you. I read that contract and I would not do it they have a developer here that's buying up all the contract and putting anyone and everyone he or she can and it's definitely taking down the property value. so don't be fooled.Are con. By the office of and personnel about any Beazer properties and I mean any of them .take your time read your paperwork. the work is real shabby the plaster is not good at All Cheap and the paint is extremely Cheap the cheapest paint you can ever GET. in your entire life and I'm saying just read THIS! before you purchase a Beazer property a bunch of con artist..

  I highly recommend Beazer homes. They go that extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Ken, Troy and their respective teams worked long hrs. to make sure our house was build the way we wanted. We were amazed as to how clean their crews are and how they all work with a great attitude.   When we decided on the number of rooms and master suites we went looking and found our dream home floor plan at Beezer. We entered into a contract for land and home and the fun began. The contractors over the subs were in contact with us every Monday with the weeks work schedule. If there were any delays we were notified. The building process is stressful but made bearable with their help. Would I do it again with this team, yes I would. Do I recommend Beezer Home Builders, yes I do! By the way, you get your money's worth.
