  Great customer service, outstanding communication, excellent loan products. Highly recommend! Blake Maddox is an exceptional loan originator. In this market, it’s critical to have a lender who serves as a true partner. Someone who doesn’t mind answering 100 questions about different loan options and rate locks. Someone who can quickly issue higher pre-approval letters so you can make a more aggressive offer before the sellers’ deadline. Someone who takes the time to run the numbers on property after property. For me, Blake was that partner. I shopped around with a number of different lenders, and going with Blake was an easy decision. If you’re looking for someone who will look out for your best interests, stay in communication with you even on nights and weekends, and ultimately save you money with some highly competitive loan products, Blake and the team at Crescent Mortgage is who you want.

  Working with Mr. Randy Stephens at Crescent Mortgage was a wonderful experience! He walked with my wife and I each step of the process in buying our new home. His professionalism showed through in all aspects of his dealings with us. He was always right on top of everything, responding timely each time we communicated. He fought for us when others dropped the ball he would step in and get things done. We are beyond grateful for our new home and could not have realized this dream without Mr. Randy! God has certainly blessed us and we are thankful!!!

  I was originally pre-approved through rocket mortgage, but then a friend of mine told me about Randy Stephens and their experience with him throughout the buying process. From the moment I contacted Randy I knew the right choice for me would be Crescent Mortgage. He was honest and clear with me on what to expect. He never made any false promises and was a straight shooter. This was SUPER helpful for me. Purchasing a home is a HUGE step, especially if it's your first.   Crescent Mortgage is a wonderful place to do business. I worked with Randy Stephens, Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer, and he was the absolute BEST! He walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and kept me informed of anything I needed and exactly what to do once I had it. He made the experience less stressful for me and was so nice! I would highly recommend him for anyone trying to get a mortgage. I can't thank him enough for all the hard work he done to get me my mortgage.

  We wanted to stay in our home while building our dream home. Not a easy task to get a construction loan ( second home) and still have a mortgage on the home you are living in . Try many different companies , there answer was to sell my home, rent till your new home is build. Didn't want to go that way. This where Ron Duke came in. He made it happen. It wasn't a easy process, to do what we wanted, but he help us every step of the way. Always answer our questions, quick to get back to you on texts or phone calls. Just know Mr. Duke is very passionate in what he does. That should tell you all you need to know.

  I've had a great experience working with Tom for two loans (an investment property refinance and a primary residence purchase). I appreciate his professionalism, quick responses, clear communication and efficiency with the loan process. This was my first experience with Crescent Mortgage, and I was pleasantly surprised by the low fee structure and efficient time to close. The only wrinkle in the process related to the amount of funds to escrow for property taxes since those are paid in the arrears in our county but that was resolved quickly prior to closing. I highly recommend Crescent Mortgage and working with Tom, and I will definitely contact him for my next real estate loan.

  This is an honest review! I recently purchased my first home 😊. As any homeowner knows, buying your first home can be a simultaneously thrilling, and emotionally taxing experience. There are so many ups and downs from your loan pre-approval to getting your offer accepted, it truly is a roller coaster experience. I can say genuinely, that through it all, the folks at Crescent Mortgage where there for me every step of the way. My Mortgage Loan Officer, and Crescent's first time homebuyers expert, Ron Ross took extreme care with my loan. His experience, patience, and temperament throughout my experience were extraordinary, and I don't say that lightly. When you have the President and CEO of your mortgage company (Fowler Williams) checking in on your loan, taking phone calls at all hours of the day and night, and seeing your loan home to the finish line, you know that you have found a truly special company. I can't say enough good things about this company. They give you the feeling of family, that is fewer and father between in today's world. Can't thank them enough. -a proud first time homeowner!!

  Blake was amazing!! He made the impossible possible! We are relocating from out of state and needed to purchase a home very quickly and efficiently. Everything went smoothly and he was always there to explain to me what was happening every step of the way. He was extremely professional and efficient.
