  Working with Joey was a delight! He is a mortgage veteran and would always provide answers to our questions. We were first time homebuyers and he did a great job easing the stress and going above and beyond to get us through the process. He even went through hoops to find us an interest rate that was below 3.0% during the COVID-19 Pandemic! This guy is the best! Thanks Joey for everything you've done over these last several months!   This is the second time we have had the opportunity to work with Joey Milam of Alpha Mortgage. The choice to work with him twice should by itself say something. Obviously we were pleased the first time. The second experience was no different. On both occasions Joey was thorough and open in his explanations. He either picks up your phone call right away (refreshing these days) or he returns the call promptly. His clarity and demeanor removes much of the confusion that goes along with the process of buying a loan and securing a mortgage. I would highly recommend you give him a call.

  Joey Milam is one of the best mortgage banker i have ever worked with. He is super responsive, extremely honest and truly cares for his customers. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Joey and has become my first/single point of contact for any future loans. He also went out of his way to guide/educate me on mortgages.
