Nancy Parada4Staff is always nice and ready to answer any questions I have about my account. The one thing I will say and I don’t know if they have any control over it, is the ATM is very difficult to use. Sometimes I have to try 5 times for it to take my cash and the text and background clash making it almost impossible to read the screen. I believe its green background with light purple text.

Marquia James1Lynnda Hutchins Is very rude I called trying to get a situation about my account solved her & someone else in the back ground was being rude. If you look this is NOT my 1st bad review I ALWAYS have bad experiences with this bank like it’s ridiculous they really need to take a customer service class & learn how to talk to people ! I’ve had it with this bank I said I was switching my last review but I mean it this time I’m going to State Employee Credit Union.

I have received an amazing interest rate on my jeep loan, plus this credit union helped me during hurricane Florence! I always recommend friends and family here! Diana is the best help ever!

She expedited a loan in the same day and did a ton of other stuff to make sure I met a deadline and then she followed up with me the next day!!! this review doesn’t even begin to capture all he ways she went above and beyond for me! She’s incredible!

Timothy Rizor1Public service announcement: DON'T GO HERE. Was a member for 10 years. Tried depositing my check on a Monday and the ATM ate it. Went to inquire, and their response was mind-blowing. I had to wait until the following Wednesday when they would empty the machine and IF my check was there they would write me a new check and MAIL it to me. Huh? I closed the accounts, which they REOPENED the two days later without my permission. Went back to get my money and close the accounts a second time. The cherry on top, they charged me a $5 fee. Add poor customer service to the list of awful aspects of this Credit Union. Others include unreliable ATMs, lack of branches, bad branch locations, ridiculous holds (any amount over $500 is held for days), and a website that looks like it was developed in 2002.

Plus, Western Caribbean, Canada and Costa Rica. Advance notice to Excite and all our money exchange handled via the ATM and Excite. Able to us Application (App) via internet to do all our banking needs.

Braxton Lathan Williams5I love Alliance Credit Union!!! Best loan rates, highest payouts for deposits. Nice folks too. I am shifting the entirety of my inbebtedness to Alliance because the loan rates are so good and I was tired of getting hit with huge interest at the end of every month. 5 stars.
