  Just as bad, if not worse than the branch on Oleander. I've never met such unprofessional people. Instead of assisting people they will do whatever they can to avoid you, including walking out, getting in their car and leaving. I'm furious and ready to completely change banks.

  Definitely the slowest branch!!! Waited too long and just decided to walk out!!! Will definitely look for a new bank!!!

  Worst bank in Wilmington. Went through the drive thru to cash a check and made it alllll the way through the long line for the lady (Caroline) to tell me “you have to come inside so we can call to confirm the check”. R u freaking kidding me? Just call while I’m in the car you imbicile. Went inside to cash it got in at 12:14 and there are 8 people in line. Let’s see how long this freaking takes. It is now 12:53 and I still haven’t cashed my check. Everyone in here needs to be fired immediately

  This is the slowest bank I have ever been to!! Seriously, lobby is not open and drive thru has 3 cars in front of me and I have been in line for 15 minutes already! This location is ALWAYS like this! This is the second time this has happened and before the lobby was open. I believe we need to retrain at this branch for customer service. HORRIBLE!!!!! Looking forward to changing banks!!!

  This is by far the slowest branch in town. Every time I go to the counter, the tellers are having life story conversations with the people who are there, every time I go to the drive through there aren't enough tellers to handle business both at the counter and drive through. Also every time I have needed to see someone other than the teller there is only one person in the office and I have to wait. I have been coming to this branch for two years and I never leave in less than twenty minutes

  This is the slowest location ever!!! Plan for 30 min wait in drive thru, staff that sit there and sip their coffee and chit chat while you wait...transaction in drawer untouched. Ugh such ridiculous lack of service!!! Sad they closed the university location, those tellers were on it!! Never waited long even with lines around the building. This location you'll wait 30 if you're the only car there! Get it together BBT college rd!! Grr I will use any other location in the future!

  Insanely long lines and extremely slow customer service. Do your self a favor and switches banks. I don’t understand how the branch on Oleander can be so much faster, must be the staff.

  There is a reason this location has a 1.7 star rating. Unhappy workers, no customer service, and sad to see a branch managed this way. Corporate do something please!!!

  This is a pretty bad location. A few of the tellers there really lack any personality and are very rude. I deposit there weekly, I cringe going here. The downtown and Porters neck branch are by far the best in town. This one is so bad I’m almost ready to pull out on BBT
