  My husband and I had the best experience we could have hoped for getting our loan with David Johnson. Dave was patient, knowledgeable and extremely communicative throughout the process. When we at last had found the right house, Dave ran multiple scenarios for us and helped us choose the best loan option for our needs, which resulted in the best rate rate we had seen yet. He was also flexible and helped us close our loan super quickly in order to meed a short closing timeframe. I highly recommend Capitalink and Dave and would love to work with him again.

  I cannot say enough about this company and David. He has helped my wife and I refinance twice and each time he was extremely professional, quick to respond, patient with our questions, helped us to understand the process without feeling overwhelmed, and helped us lock in fantastic rates both times. I'm the type of person who likes to do a lot of research before making any big decisions. David educated me on the process in general, but also about things to watch out for when talking to other lenders. This knowledge proved to be incredibly valuable. David was much more straight forward and helpful than any of the other lenders I worked with, and he was able to get us a much better rate. Win win!

  I really enjoyed working with Dave as a team - he was a great mortgage broker for my clients.
