He and his team are professional. He worked to get the best rate for me and also made multiple lockdown-rate extensions without paying a fee. Also, surprised me at the end with slightly lower interest rate than estimated. Ultra-patient and very low-key personality, which is helpful in highly stressful business transactions, or in my case, a newbie/learner. Very responsive to questions by phone or by email.
