  We just bought our first home and Jim was great! He offered a very personalized service especially since we are first time home buyers! The market is tough right now and we had a lot of questions that needed answers quickly and Jim was on top of it all! It was easy to begin to trust Jim from the beginning because he was very responsive and upfront with all information we needed. We even closed a few days early right before Christmas and was the perfect way to end 2020!

He's thoughtful and understanding of the clients needs, plus proactive and makes sure he does everything in his power to help the process go smoothly.
