  Wendy Ring on Twitchell Team was great. She patiently waited for me to get everything together, always replied with an updated list the 11 times I asked what she still needed, and even cooperatively worked with me to get and then look at a competitive offer from another lender. She gets a 4.99 because nobody gave us a bottle of wine at closing and even though she was not there, I choose to blame her for it.
