  Everyone communicated great. The online portal was at times a little confusing to use, but in the end it worked out well. The big thing I would like to state about LoanDepot is the fact that this ran as smooth as anyone could imagine during a pandemic that gave us very little to no face time. Cannot express how amazing this team is!

  I was approved on a refinance for more than a month. When it was time to close they forgot about me. So a week later I got ahold of Tara and I was supposed to close that week instead. Then instead of closing I was told I'm not approved anymore even though nothing changed. I'm taking my business elsewhere. How incompetent can u be?
