  The NFM team went above and beyond all of our expectations throughout our loan process. CJ was very informative, to the point where he was answering my questions before I even had to ask them. This was our third home purchase and by far the most stressful for us. We are so thankful we had a lender we could trust, which in itself is priceless. Their immense knowledge and attention to detail ensured a smooth funding of our loan. If you are looking for a lender that will have your best interest in mind and genuinely cares, look no further.   I had a overwhelmingly positive experience with the NFM team. When I first began speaking with Rich I was in no position to purchase a home,. I lacked the credit history or score to have lenders look in my direction. Instead of writing my family off and looking in another direction for a quick turn around, Rich took the time to educate me in quick ways to raise my credit score and get a financial resume with some merit. With the help of Rich, Cj and the rest of the NFM team I went from filing bankruptcy to closing on a house in 2 years. The house buying process is admittedly a stressful one, but at no point did I feel like I was doing it alone. When things got confusing I was able to reach out and I would get a answers. I work incredibly long hours and they would return after hour calls every time. Cj came to the closing and walked me through every piece of paper I signed. I can confidently say that if I did not have the NFM team recommended to me two years ago I would not have been in a position to own a house today. I can not recommend the team enough and when my family out grow this home. The NFM team will be the team helping me buy my next home. I can not recommend them enough.   If you are looking for a mortgage broker, STOP and hire NFM Lending! NFM Lending was the fourth mortgage brokerage we worked with to buy our home and I cannot recommend them highly enough! If we would have gone to NFM Lending from the get-go, we would have saved ourselves so much time, hassle, and heartache. We were told by three separate brokerages that we were pre-approved, but then when it came time to actually move forward with our loan, we ran into issues with the underwriter. This was actually still the case with NFM Lending, but the difference was that they diligently worked on our behalf to get us approved by the underwriter. Many of the other brokerages made us feel as though they had "bigger fish to fry," and did not put forth the time and energy needed to get our loan approved. Our broker, Nick, kept us informed throughout the entire process and advocated to get us approved. He made us feel like a priority and he worked with us to problem solve the hesitations that we encountered from underwriting. He went above and beyond in every way and I wholeheartedly attribute our ability to buy our house to his hard work and dedication. Additionally, Najee was very diligent about sending us the documents we needed and asking for what was needed by the underwriter in a very timely manor. After five and a half months of being bounced between brokerages, we were finally able to get approved by the underwriter and close on our house!

  This team is outstanding beyond words. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. The only reason we got our very first property was cause of them due to having a history of a quick closes. They make you seem like you are the only one they are working with and are always there to help and answer questions. They keep you updated with every step. Worked with CJ a lot and he is just wonderful.

  Rich was great, he is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to get us a loan successfully, after multiple other lenders had failed. Can’t say enough great things about them, you definitely will not be disappointed!

  Rich and his team are the epitome of honor, integrity, and hard work. They define the common saying that the customer comes first. We brought a purchase to him wanting to use a VA loan when other lenders said that it was not possible. He worked overtime tracking down the right person at the VA to gain an exception for our purchase. If you're looking for a lender, don't even consider anyone other than Rich and his team.

  Had a really wonderful experience using NFM Lending. I mostly was in touch with CJ Ash during the entire year plus it took for me to settle down my private life and get to the point where I could sell my home and eventually start house hunting for my new place. Thru the whole yeah CJ kept in touch and answered any questions I had. I especially appreciated that he was ok with my preferred mode of communication being emails and texts. He has been invaluable to my lending experience and I would recommend him and NFM to anyone.

  Rich was by far the best lender we have ever worked with. We had a unique purchase using a VA loan that others said was not possible. He worked overtime getting the right exceptions from the VA in order to have the loan approved. In my opinion, every other lender is second to Rich and his team.
