      It seems like almost all banks are difficult to deal with right now and Chase is no exception. So far the only bank that I've liked dealing with is US Bank.

      Used to be happy with Chase Bank but my recent inability to receive return phone calls even when they are scheduled by the bank has shown me that the service I was used to is no more. I have been dealing with the same problem with several branch employees for seven months and still no headway has been made.

      Went in needing quarters for laundry understanding I’m seeing signs everywhere about a coin shortage. I’ve all ready had a bad day so I know I wasn’t the friendliest that I’m sorry. Went in line for a teller as I’m the only one in line except the two people being helped. I wait and one person is done and the teller leaves-its fine happens. Then the other teller finishes and begins to do something else without warning. I’m waiting and look annoyed and the floor manager comes and ask if I need help. I mention I need change for laundry and says she can do $10 in quarters and the rest can be asked upfront. I mention to them (passive aggressively) that I had been waiting and that there were two people but none had worked out. In honestly I just want better communication on that part. They got other job duties but at least tell me you’ll be right there for me. Then I go to the teller and ask for more quarters (manager slides teller the quarters). The teller talks about the shortage and I just say I need them for my laundry but at that point the manager starts talking down to me saying they can only do $10 and that’s policy. Manager starts pointing to paper at window about shortage. I’m fine with banks saying they can/can’t do something. It happens. But when I have to come inside somewhere (during a pandemic) for something I expect to be treated with humanity. I would’ve liked to be heard what I needed for them and at least vent out my situation. If they had then said it was because of the shortage Then the experience wouldn’t put a bad taste in my mouth. Seriously may not want to go back inside that chase for a while if the tellers can’t take time to hear out the only person asking for teller service at that time. Really disappointed that I wasn’t felt heard or helped. Kind of like well it’s is what is and deal with it. Very unpleasant experience to the floor manager and tellers.

      Every time when I walk in the door I’m greeted with a smile in a friendly hello and how can I help you. And she was always dressed on point. A special thanks to Melanie. You help our bank shine bright. I’m so happy to be a part of the Chase Family. My Daughter is in the process Of purchasing her first home. And we have you by Our side. And we are so excited and I can’t forget Benjamin. I even told his Manager about his excellent performance. I have moved and my credit cards don’t match the address on my drivers license . And I have had bankers just punch in the Address on my drivers license without asking me first then it will lock up my card Ect. So thank you, for taking the Extra time to ask if the credit card matches the address on my drivers license. Sometimes we're in a hurry and we forget to tell. And this is just a few reasons why I gave you guys five stars

      I would like to put 0 star if I could. I have been a costumer for years and what I’m very upset is the refund of $70 that they said they will transfer for me and I have never get it back. I have called and many chase representatives and tried to contact the guy “ Abraham” who was working my case but nope no response they said they would call you back and never. I don’t how could they lie. I just can’t trust the chase bank again. So disappointed

      I would like to commend the bankers that helped us. my wife and I were calling all the branches in the area in an attempt to get something added to our account, every branch that we had called basically told us they didn't have the time to do it and dismissed us. We were frustrated and nearly to the point of closing our account and taking our assest to a different bank, we called this branch and Roselia took the time to explain the situation to the banker Ly. . Ly made time to see us. she was very professional and not only took care of what we originally wanted but also set us up with additional services that we weren't aware we were eligible for. today Ly became our personal banker, and made us do a 180 from being ready to break our ties with this bank to making them stronger. 10/10 would recommend this Branch.

      Big bureaucratic bank. Made an awful experience with my mother sick and then passing away, that much more painful!! Closed my accounts and will tell all my friends to avoid doing business with them for any reason!!

      This location is also replaceing their tellers for the screens. Personally I dont like it, more unemployment, but the banks dont care. I have also decided to terminate my account with chase because of that.
