      The customer service is always great every time I come here, depending on what day it is. My questions are always answered by the wonderful staff members. For example, one staff member Lorena, has been very nice and helpful when I needed assistance. I wish there was more places like this that has good professional work environment.✌🏾

      I walked in to the Lakewood branch because I applied for an Auto loan online and additional information was required from me. When I walked in I was helped by Brittany who was very courteous and helpful. Rosa who seemed to be some sort of manager sent Brittany to lunch and took over the transaction shortly after I walked in. I have never joined a credit union in my life so was not sure what to expect. I had questions regarding the loan and the application so I asked the person charged with disseminating that information, a manager in the company. Rosa was very disinterested in helping me with the application, I assume because I did it online and the branch would not be getting credit for it. I tried asking her questions while sitting with her and she said to "ask whoever emailed you regarding your application." The email I am receiving regarding the application are from a "Donotreply" automated email so replying would get me nowhere. I asked other questions and she just would not help if it was regarding the loan. She insisted I open the savings account to become a member which I was okay with. All she stated was that I would need $5 to start. She asked me for my information, wrote my social security number on a piece of paper 2-3 different times and input the wrong information prolonging the process. On the 3rd time I became very uncomfortable with her so I asked her to please return the paper where she had written my personal information down. She said don't worry I will shred it. This was concerning given that her desk was FULL of other customer personal information carelessly scattered all over the place! This was a terrible experience. You walk in to other banks and they greet you, people are courteous and professional, not here, they were unprofessional, showed no real interest or empathy in helping me. Rosa was very unprofessional and did not deserve my business. She was not thorough, she assumed that I could read her mind, did no specify how I could pay the $5 did not specify what to expect or what next steps would be. Now I am referred to the 800 number with little knowledge of what to expect. Kinecta may as well have a DIY self-check out like budget grocery store.

      I was recently issued a replacement card but every time I used it, it gets rejected. I took it to Kinecta at Lakewood, Ms Britany McDaniel reset it and activated it. I was even able to get some cash. That lady is professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. She made it look easy. She should get promoted when due.

      The customer service is the worst. All I wanted to do was cash in a few savings bonds. They don't do that anymore. OK, fine. I'll mail them in. But, I need to get the form signed by someone at the credit union. I go back and the teller can't sign the form. Only one person can sign it and he is busy. So I make an appointment to come back in 20 minutes. I come back and am told that he is still busy and I need to come back in 30 minutes. I need to find another bank.

      For some reason this branch is extremely slow... they need someone who can just handle a regular deposit.. I can't believe I watched one of the tellers chilling with a customer and looking at photos on her phone while there was line.. then she takes a phone call that lasted 15 min while people were in line.. unacceptable.. highly Irritated

      Pleasant. Professional. Opened an account. Not very informative. Did not review all details of new account. Relied on me going online and reading for myself.

      Tellers are always bubbly when you are there. Never a long wait like other big banks. Very convenient.
