  If I could give Jeremiah 10 stars I would. As first time home buyers, my wife and I had all kinds of worries and anxiety going into the home buying & mortgage process. The current market and rate conditions just added fuel to the fire. Jeremiah alleviated all of my anxiety and made the process as smooth as possible. He walked me through all of my options, applied no pressure, got me the best deal possible, answered all of my questions, kept things moving in a timely manner, and assisted with getting the file through underwriting with minimal hassle. This is what it’s like to deal with a professional and a master of his craft. He makes it seem easy, when we all know it’s not. If it weren’t for Jeremiah’s care and guidance throughout the process I don’t think we would have been able to close the deal as quickly and as easily as we did (or possibly even at all). My wife and I are forever grateful. Do yourself a favor - let Jeremiah take care of your mortgage needs.

  Why would I work with Jeremiah Vensel Mortgage Group, again? 1) Jeremiah knows his stuff. He's smart, and he got my family a good deal with our loan. 2) He's not like the other guys. Lenders can be shady, Jeremiah was honest, helpful, and he supported me every step of way. He even answered all of my questions, not matter how stupid. 3) Customer service! Jeremiah kept his word. He made the process quick and easy. And he worked his butt to make sure that we closed on time. Anyone I know shopping for mortgage loans, I'd 100% refer them here.

  Our situation presented major challenges, not because of our credit score, but due to the fact that we are self-employed. When other lenders weren’t willing to take the extra mile to sort out the complexities presented by my work/pay anomalies, Jeremiah seemed eager to accept the challenge. Other lenders either weren't smart/creative enough to package it properly, or they were too lazy. Additionally, Jeremiah's knowledge, expertise and timely answers instilled confidence throughout the process. He was also very honest and diligent. He does what he says he will do, but if he cannot, he will be honest and tell you what the challenges are. We would like to thank you, Jeremiah, for a job well done!
