  I was referred to Jennifer Row and Altitude by a friend. From my first conversation with her I was impressed by her knowledge and willingness to go out of her way and explain everything to me as a first time home buyer who knew nothing. Jennifer and her team walked me through every step of the way and stayed in contact through the entire process. Signing was super easy with digital signatures for many parts. Jennifer and her team were absolutely amazing, kind, and completed everything quickly! I would definitely recommend Jennifer Row and Altitude Home Loans to everyone.

  We worked with Jennifer twice now - the first was during the initial purchase of our home in the Spring of 2020. Jennifer was very responsive and attentive to all our questions as first time home buyers despite the insanity of the pandemic on top of an already very tumultuous market. This experience made us want to work directly with Jennifer again during our refinance - this was a much less hectic environment, but still involved multiple loan reevaluations on Jennifer's part. Jennifer was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She worked very diligently to help us get the best rates and fast-track the refinance with our hectic schedules, while also providing extensive detail on the entire process. I highly recommend Jennifer and will work with her again for any future purchases/refinances.
