  Gary Franks and his staff at Sunstreet Mortgage are awesome! I recently purchased a Condo in Tucson. We all know buying a home can be stressful. Gary is very knowledgeable, organized, sends updates, reminders, works closely with everyone involved in the process, and the staff always informs you of the loan progress. I am so thankful that I was introduced to him. I highly recommend Sunstreet Mortgage, for they really do care about their customers. Thanks again Gary and Sunstreet staff, I love my new home!!

  Gary and his team are very thorough and communicative. We were never left in the dark during the process, so it all felt very natural and easy. Everyone was extremely friendly and, although it has been several months since the purchase of our home, they're still in contact with us to see how everything has been going.

  Gary Franks and staff are friendly and professional. Issues arose during the course of the application process. Gary worked overtime and literally burned the midnight oil to resolve the problems in order to make sure I received the VA loan on time as promised.

  Gary and his team were always on top of the process that included sending me weekly and sometimes daily updates. The document sharing platform was super safe and secure and very intuitive. I only had to go into the office for the initial meeting and the final signing day. Made my life soooo much easier!
