  Danny Plattner was the best loan officer we’ve had. He helped us refinance our house, and it’s amazing because it’s been so quick. His directions were easy to follow and he explained things clearly and simply, even though it’s not a simple topic to explain.   Danny was a great help in our refinance. He went above and beyond when things didn't go according to plan (our fault on that, but he fixed it). We will definitely seek him out if we see the need to refinance in the future.

  In order to properly frame this review, it needs to be understood that I have never, not yet anyway, met Danny or his team of Pros in person. All of my dealings with Danny and his team were by phone and email, over 2000 miles to the east. Danny came highly recommended and after a quick turn of online research, my wife and I decided to give Danny a shot. Full disclosure, Danny was one of the three lenders we were shopping at the time. I'm not one to readily trust a person with such important matters without ever looking them in the eye while shaking hands, but the confidence and knowledge Danny conveyed by phone left a strong, positive impression on both my wife and me. It was clear that Danny was the right choice for handling our VA LOAN, as he patiently explained the terms and process. Danny never left us waiting.....his responsiveness made us feel as though we were his only clients, though I knew we were not. I would not hesitate to seek his services and guidance in the future, nor recommend his services to my closest mates and family. His rates are fair and it is obvious he appreciates our military Veterans. Thank you Danny and Team. I hope to thank you in person soon.

  Danny is absolutely amazing to work with. For someone who just bought their house last year, and wanted to go through a refinance, not really knowing what all is involved, he made it a super easy and stress-free process.   Danny was amazing! I have purchased 5 different homes and the lenders have been adequate. People tend to think they are getting good service until they finally see what good service is. Danny was leaps and bounds better than any lender i've used. He is knowledgeable and helpful. Danny is extremely responsive to phone calls and emails. He is very informative and wasnt just there to take a loan application and run with it. He helped me weed through a tricky loan process and i was confident with his abilities to make my home dream come true. I would recommend Danny Plattner to anyone for home purchace or refinance.

  Professional and Customer Oriented Experience: Danny was patient in explaining the process until I understood the details and how they would impact my home-buying process.
