  Jen was amazing to work with and I'm so glad I chose her! I'm a first time home-buyer so there was a lot about the process that I just didn't know about, and Jen was able to take as much time as needed to thoroughly explain the process and all the details I needed to get through. She was incredibly down to earth and it felt like I was working with a real person rather than just a large impersonal bank. I absolutely recommend working with her and she'll definitely be my first choice if I have more mortgage needs in the future.

  If i can rate zero i definitely would. Jennifer was very unprofessional and provided less than adequate service. She was really rude after i reached out to her manager and sent text saying how I'm making her job difficult. I would not recommend doing business with her. We were supposed to vlose on a house within 30 days and she made mistakes over a 60 day period and made us lose our deal after constantly giving delayed closing dates. She does not respond to calls or emails until you contact other people on her team.

  I don't remember exactly how I found Jen, but I am so glad I did! She helped me with my home purchase along with recommending that I refinance my home down the road. She is very personable and easy to get along with! Her and her team did a great job in making sure that everything was clear with my loan processes. She's very quick to defend her clients and make them feel comfortable and vouched for. I definitely would recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home!

  Jennifer is the best!!! We recently purchased a home in Wheaton and we used Jennifer and we could not have asked for someone better. One thing that stands out to me is when I had questions and Jennifer took the time to call me from an Airport in Mexico. That is the kind of customer service that everyone should display. Just when I thought my experience with Jennifer could not get better it did when she locked me in a 2.78 percent. She called me at the exact right time and explained to me that the recent activity in the bond market led her to believe interest rates would soon rise and sure enough they did. I would strongly recommend Jennifer Bender for anyone and everyone looking for a great lending experience. Thank you again Jennifer. Chris G
