  Mike and his team are awesome! They came highly recommended through our agent, who used Mike’s team to purchase her own home. They demonstrated care and responsiveness throughout the whole process. They were very detailed and made everything smooth and easy for us. Additionally, special shout out to Tamar Neff, who saw us through our process start to finish. She was, and is, absolutely the best!! My family and I love our new home!!

  Mike Facchini and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the process of my first home purchase. Before I even had a clue about what I wanted, Mike spent time with me over multiple phone calls to help me develop a budget. As we got further along in the process, him and his team checked in with me often and always made themselves available to answer any questions I had. The level of service I experienced working with Mike and his team at Fairway was fantastic.

  Mike is the best of the best when it comes to mortgages. This was my first house purchase and at the outset the mortgage process felt daunting and overwhelming. Mike held our hand throughout the process and made us feel taken care of and supported from start to finish. We did a thorough search of mortgage brokers to start with, and Mike and his team offered rates that were unbeatable. We had a few peculiarities in our mortgage setup that made our situation particularly complicated for Mike & his team and they were in the trenches with us to make it all work. Amazing! Shout out to Tamar from Mike's team for being an absolute rockstar and without her our deal would have never gone through. If you can get her on your deal you're set up for success! I will be working with Mike & Co for my next mortgage as well! /Morten

  I worked the Michael and Fairway Independent Mortgage on the recent purchase of a multi-unit property. I used a 203k renovation loan, which is a more complicated and specialized process than a regular mortgage. Michael brought calm and expertise to what otherwise could have been a chaotic process. He went above and beyond working with me. He worked with the real estate agent, the general contractor and an outside consultant, guiding all of us through the process. The team worked after hours and even on weekends (which I never would expect) with all of us until the final day of the signing. I keep bragging to everyone I know about what an amazing, creative and professional team I had. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Michael and team!

  Mike and his team were amazing. I shopped around for rates, and by far, he was able to provide me the best one. Another broker told me I had no choice but go with Mike. And my lawyer let me know we won't see rates this low for quite some time. Mike and his team were always responsive, getting me what I needed and explaining things as necessary. I highly recommend them.

  Mike and the team at Fairway made homebuying as smooth of a process as it could be. They were quick to respond and have a portal for all documentation to be processed through. Much better experience with them compared to a different Lender we've used in the past. Would recommend!
