  When we purchased our place 18 months ago, Mike was fantastic to work with. What makes him great is the attention to detail, which he displayed when he gave us a call about refinancing, when rates fell. When we refinanced our mortgage with Mike, we obviously had a lot of questions. Mike made sure he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the process.   I recently closed on my first home thanks to Mike Del Preto. Mike was incredibly easy to deal with and he taught me a bunch about the whole lending process throughout the journey. I was a little uneasy with all the uncertainty going on with the pandemic and Mike was able to assure me and maneuver accordingly to get the deal done. We had a really aggressive closing date and Mike was able to close a couple days after. The delay was due to the sellers part unfortunately but I appreciated the fact that Mike provided constant updates and that we closed only 2 days after the initial closing date.   Mike, his assistant Samantha and his entire team at Fairway were spectacular to deal with from start to finish.I asked Mike to review my existing mortgage and tell me if he thought it would be a good idea to refinance. He gave me a full review of my existing loan and walked me through what all of my options were and helped me determine which loan product was best. From then until closing, Mike and Samantha were available for what seemed like around the clock to answer all questions and keep us on track to close on time, which we did.Highly recommend working with Mike - truly the best in the business!
