  Dylan is such a knowledgeable, efficient and organized lender! He also has a talent for solving problems. I am a real estate broker and can honestly say he is one of the best in the business.   This is the second time I've used Fairway and first time with Dylan. Both experiences have been great. Dylan was on top of everything and made sure we closed on time (esp since we had a quick close). He was great at communicating and made this process easy and smooth for us. Would definitely recommend him and Fairway!!

  I had a wonderful experience with the team of Fairway Independent mortgage corporation after I was denied loan with the bank. They believe in me and went above and beyond to help me get into my new home. They made it so easy. I wasn't stressed looking for all the documents. They took care of everything. Dylan is wonderful to work with. He is very responsive, very patient with all my questions and concerns. He had the drive and determination to get me into my dream home. I do not have any knowledge of the computer and Heidi was so very kind and patient with helping me sign all the documents online. Also Drew was excellent getting everything in on time.
