  I can not adequately express how grateful I am for Jeff and his entire team. We brought him on around 30 days before our closing when our other lender suddenly became indecisive and slow to communicate. He was professional and knowledgeable from the beginning and extremely communicative. Even our home builder, who was nervous that we change lenders so late, mentioned how pleased they were with his communication. Everyone on the Towne side of the transaction was top notch and closing documents were delivered with plenty of time to review. having previously worked for a home builder I know that this is rarely the case and I was pleased to not be scrambling to get a wire in the morning of closing. If you need a mortgage to purchase or refinance this is the team you need!

  TowneBank and the work Jeff does is extremely helpful, productive and informative. This is my second involvement with these guys and there is a reason I came back to Jeff. Trust. Once he helped me the way he did as a first time home buyer and made sure I was comfortable with the parameters I was grateful.   I have worked twice with Jeff. The first time as a first time home buyer and the second for a refinance. Both times he has been very professional, knowledgeable and diligent.   My experience with Jeff and his team was great the first time, so I definitely wanted to go with them again the 2nd time. Jeff and his team made sure all of my questions were answered, always made sure I fully understood step by step what to expect. I'm the type who has a lot of questions, so that was very important to me. On every house we thought would be a possibility, he took the time to make sure we had the means to make every purchase comfortably so there were no surprises on the final one

  day one. Jeff says you can call me anytime. any questions or concerns. I would call anytime of the day.. late-nights... Even weekends. Smiling My calls went unanswered. When I say Jeff moved mountains. I am so thankful.
