  I feel grateful, Mr. Darrell Slaughter was a great help to me and his knowledge was outstanding! thank you CMCU for hiring people that is knowledgeable and kind that goes a long way! The atmosphere has really changed there! Even the customer service tellers are amazing!!

  Went to the this location today. 1835 WT Harris Blvd to pay off my loan. Upon entering the location the security guard followed me to the counter in a threatening manner. I ignored him as a simply needed to pay off my loan and get home to my kids. As I finished my transaction I begin to walk out the door and the security guard literally followed as if I was a suspect or had done something wrong. Unbelievable! If being African American and banking with Charlotte Metro involves such harassment from a security guard simply based on the color of my skin I will be finding another credit union to handle my finances.

  Terrible customer service. Terrible everything. We had a car loan with CMCU several years ago and it was a wonderful experience, but a couple of years ago we took out another car loan with them and it has been nothing but awful from the start. Just don't bother regardless of how good the rate is. Banker would make an appointment and then not be there, no one can help setup automatic loan payments (crazy!), difficult to get anyone on the phone. We will never do business with CMCU again.

  CMCU and the staff is amazing. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Tracey Jacobs who helped me find the right loan products for me. She was knowledgeable, professional and prompt. She made the experience smooth and pleasant. I will definitely use CMCU again for future needs.

  Terrible service do not even come to this bank ever! First off everyone in that building acts like your bothering them whenever you need something. Rude for no reason at all. Don’t even try to call because they are not picking up the phone or will hang up on you. How do you wake up angry everyday?? F this bank and be very careful who you disrespect cmcu.

  Horrible customer service. No greeting && a very rude personal banker (older lady with salt && pepper natural hair, corner office).I didn’t even get her name nor did she introduce herself. I have excellent credit and great history with this bank. I am also a young professional myself. However, I guess since I was dressed in street clothes, she looked down on me as if I didn’t qualify to sit in her office. No personal touch, how are you, nothing!! Very nonchalant && offensive.
