  Gateway Financial Group is our go-to for mortgage loans and refinance. They value quality over quantity for sure. It’s always a pleasure working with John Israel from Gateway.   Mr John Israel was recommended by a co-worker. During my process, I reached out to 3 organizations looking for the best deal. Mr Israel and Gateway Financial Group were the only organization to give me the pros and cons for my actions. They were truthful about my interest rate, informed me of hidden charges brokers add and, most importantly for me, they did not rush or pressure me into doing anything. If you are considering their services, at a minimum, I recommend contact John and observe how professionally they operate.

  I was looking to refinance my home and a friend who had recently done the same highly recommended Gateway Financial. I contacted John and he took great care of me. The process couldn't have been simpler. I spent about 20 minutes gathering a few documents and John took care of the rest. He kept me informed of what was happening through each step of the process and it all was completed quickly saving me hundreds of dollars per month (over $70,000 over the life of the loan). I highly recommend Gateway financial to anyone looking for a home loan or wanting to refinance.

  John at Gateway Financial Group made the home purchasing process so incredibly easy and painless. He consistently worked on our time and made his time available when it worked best for us (multiple times outside of office hours). Even before we were ready to purchase he was willing to work with us to let us know what would be necessary of us and the best route to go. Any question I had or any small line that I wanted clarified, John would do so immediately after the question was asked. From A-Z the process was smooth and easy and I would recommend John and Gateway Financial Company to anyone.

  I worked with John Israel, and he was very efficient, timely, and worked hard to get us ready to close quickly. The process was as quick and painless as I could have hoped for (far less painful than other lenders I spoke with). John was very friendly and willing to answer any and all questions with as much detail as I needed for our first home purchase. We would definitely recommend Gateway!

  John Israel was great to work with for our refinance. He followed through with promised actions and worked hard to keep our projected time line for closing. He went above and beyond when we had an issue with scheduling our appraisal. He was very accessible throughout the process and everything was ready to go on closing day with no surprises.
