  My husband and I went through Jeff for our first home buying experience and we could not have been happier! We were completely overwhelmed but Jeff was so great at explaining the whole process to us and made us feel comfortable asking questions. Our agent said Jeff received a lot of great feedback from the selling agents as well, which I truly feel gave us an advantage in such a competitive market. Definitely looking forward to working with Jeff in the future when we decide to move into a bigger home!

  I have used the services of Jeff Welgan twice, the first time when I purchased my home a few years ago and recently on a refinance. My first experience with Jeff ran so effortlessly that I did not hesitate to use him again on my refinance and it proved to be the correct decision! He was a pleasure to work with, during what can be a stressful time. He explained the process step by step, he was very responsive to my calls, texts and numerous questions.   Jeff is the BEST loan agent I have ever worked with. He is patient and very knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the loan process. He was always available for questions and would return our calls or texts promptly. Jeff was the reason our loan closed on time. He even followed up with us after the loan closed. He made the usual anxiety filled loan experience very smooth. I would recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage loan. Thank You Jeff for all your help.

  Jeff is always on top of things. He is efficient and explained everything that I need. He also works around my crazy schedule. There were many lenders but I ultimately chose Jeff because I can tell he is knowledgeable and ethical which is exactly someone I want to handle my loans.
