  I would 100 percent recommend Darwin at Blueprint Loans! He was so helpful right from the beginning and was always available for questions! We were both confused on a lot of stuff and Darwin would never hesitate to hop on a call when we needed him. He is so friendly and always explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand. If anyone is looking for a lender, do not hesitate to go to BluPrint and ask for Darwin:)

  Thank you Hans, what a great experience! I recently wanted to re-finance our house, in order to take advantage of the favorable interest rate. I was not looking forward to the processes though, as I have heard plenty of horror stories about the difficulties of re-financing ones home, if one is self employed. Hans and his team seemed a good choice, based on all those great reviews on Yelp. The loan was funded last week, and I can only echo what other people have said about Hans and his team. A few things that I particularly liked: We started the process about talking in detail about what to expect and when to expect it. Hans addressed my miss-conceptions in one of our first conversations. We worked through the check list with no surprises anywhere. He/his team gave me regular updates. Very professional all the way with excellent customer service skills. The entire office seems to be extremely well organized. The whole process took about 30 days. None of the "Self employed horror stories" where an issue. And last but probably most importantly: Our house will be paid off earlier with a lower monthly mortgage! I would recommend Hans and his team to anyone without hesitation.

  Excellent. Hans Stone and his colleagues are professional in every way. Their attention to detail, clear instructions and willingness to answer immediately any questions we had led to a smooth experience. In the past,, with other companies, we have had significant mistakes which delayed our closing.
