  I’m usually not one to write reviews but I chose Jeanine for our refinance just based on her reviews and I couldn’t be happier! I had no idea where to start so I started by giving her a call and she was amazing from start to finish. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with.   What can I say except that Jeanine was AWESOME! What started out as an innocent question, Jeanine's great knowledge landed me a complete refi in under 8 weeks. She secured me an incredible rate and helped me resolve my problem of deferred maintenance on my house. She was completely on top of everything making my refi issue-free and painless. Great job!

  If you are looking to buy a home, especially if you are a first time buyer with zero experience or very little knowledge of the process, I couldn't recommend Jeanine enough. She took the the time to clearly answer every single question and sometimes the same question more than once. Her knowledge and experience helped make a stressful experience virtually anxiety free, and she explained things thoroughly every step of the way. I am forever grateful to her for making my first home purchase smooth and helping my family's hopes of purchasing in our hometown a reality. I wouldn't hesitate to direct family and friends to Jeanine. Thank you!! Edit February 2021..... Jeanine helped with my refinance, and once again she kept things super simple (very important to me). Jeanine helped me take advantage of low interest rates and made the process smooth, easy and quick. All communication was done by phone, text, email so we all stayed safe during the COVID age, and she was able to complete the refi start to finish within an amazingly fast timeline. I will recommend no one else to my loved ones but Jeanine.

  I have nothing but good things to say about Jeanine and her work ethic. Never did I have to wonder if things were being done on time or correctly. She was well informed and she also kept me informed of all the requirements and events associated with securing my loan. Oftentimes, I'd be so busy with work that I'd forget that I was in the process of buying a home, but Jeanine was so proactive in making sure I did my part.   Jeanine is TOP NOTCH! Unbelievable...it is amazing Jeanine was during our process. As a first time home buyer I had no clue what was possible, how it all works, and what to expect. I talked with Jeanine over the phone and eventually we met one-on-one to go over my situation and what I was looking for. Keep in mind this is all new to me so there was a lot I did not understand but I am a quick learner but the real reason I was able to absorb it all was because of Jeanine. She is super patient, responsive, knowledgeable, sharp, smart, and knows how to take complex information and make it digestible for me to understand. This process was not as hectic or stressful as I imagined because of Jeanine. I felt bad always calling/texting her but she never made me feel like I was bothering her one bit. It honestly felt like a super close family member was handling all of this for us and I can feel this energy like she really cared about our wants/situation and truly wanted the best for us. I hope whomever reads this understands that we are literally blown away by how Jeanine handles her work and carries herself. I can still remember when I met her for our appointment and every question and every bit of information she talked about made me feel at ease knowing she knew what she was talking about and also how she delivered the information too. I am extremely grateful and happy that I was able to find her using yelp which eventually led me to buying my first home. The process happens really quick but at the end of the day it all worked out and a huge thank you to Jeanine for doing all that she did during this process. Thank you Jeanine...you deserve and earned all the positive reviews, high star ratings, and I will definitely recommend Jeanine to all my family and friends! There are certain people you come across in life that you just know they are really good people and they carry themselves with such integrity and certain values that makes you appreciate them and makes you trust them. Jeanine is definitely one of them in our lives! Update: I am adding on that fast forward from the time Jeanine helped me purchase my first house she now helped me refinance! She was again amazing throughout the whole process and her willingness to answer my questions was on point! I never felt like I was bothering her and she genuinely wants to help you and put you in the best position possible that makes sense for your circumstances. I am super thankful to have come across Jeanine and she is someone you have to consider because for me the process has been as seamless as possible and I am extremely happy with how everything turned out.

  We refinanced our house with Jeanine Nucum and we recommend her to anyone and everyone! She is amazing! Anytime we had a question, we would just text or call and she always responded either soon or within about an hour. But she always responded the same day! She made the process so smooth for us! We have 3 children and our jobs so trying to go to an office for an appointment to sign papers can be a real hassle. She made it so all of our documents could be sent online, we signed documents online, and when it was time for our papers to be notarized, she sent the notary to our house, on a Saturday!! She really is amazing and so knowledgeable!

  There is a reason why Jeanine has 5 stars! We have used her twice for purchasing a home and refinancing. If you aren't in the mortgage field, all of the paperwork, terminology, and numbers can be confusing and overwhelming. Jeanine was always there to explain every single question we asked. She was very patient and professional with us. When we put a bid on our home, to be competitive Jeanine said we said we could close in less than 30 days. Sure enough her and her team did it! I highly recommend using Jeanine if you plan to buy or refinance a home.
