  I've had this bank for years now the only issue I've had is how few of them as in actual branch locations there are.. This particular location is one of my favorite ones they go out of there way to help you with any and everything you need all the way to the end no matter how long it may take! I love the person ability and the one on one connection you get with the branch members in here they really take the time to get to know you :)

  Lynette Reyes help me with some details that I've been trying to work Out with other branches and was handled with professionalism and quick response.. I'm in customer service myself and can appreciate appreciate a management as well as staff that know what they're doing ... Thank you once again they deserve more than 5 stars

  My husband an I we were ready to open an account here but the customer services is such the lady =I think her name gergina she make us feel like we had a contagious disease the way she was grab our documents she make us feel so uncomfortable that we decide to leave.

  Really great service, all the tellers there are very curtious and social. Never had issues there and they let you know immediately when there's any kind of suspicious activity going on with your account and they get on it quickly.

  The loan agents/ managers sat in their office, while the 1 teller helped the person at the window. One person walked by twice saying, we'll be right with you. This is ridiculous to wait in line for 30 minutes with 3 ppl ahead of me. Not ok!!

  Horrible customer service. Closing my account. Fraud department freezes my account regularly for purchases I make at local stores I shop at all the time. Then I can't get a hold of any one to fix or they say it was fixed just to get embarrassed when your card is declined.

  It's a great place to rebuild your credit. They only ask you to keep a $1 in savings. Never had a problem, been a customer since 2017

  There's literally overflowing trash in front of the store, with trash strewn about. I do understand customers do this, but why isn't it being cleaned up? It's literally between the ATM and the front door. Disgusting.
