  I'm an accountant, so I like to save money whenever possible. I shopped around and got quotes on interest rates from 5 different places including large banks, large online mortgage companies, costco's recommendation, and a local bank. George and his team not only beat all of their rates, but also was able to close in 3 weeks which made our offer stand out. I could not be happier that I was put in contact with Network Independent Mortage Brokers. They were SUPER easy to work with, incredibly responsive, I had a feeling that they were looking out for me throughout the process, and were able to get me pre-approved and closed within 3 weeks. Will recommend to any friend looking in the future.

  I reached out to George Kalis on 1/7/22 regarding a refinance. I received my quote, entered my application and I was so amazed that my my process was completed on the 15th day. I signed my documents exactly two weeks from the date I started my process. I have never given a rating to any business this is my first. George and his team were great!!!

  George and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, relatable, and friendly. They always updated me during the loan process and answer all my questions promptly.   My realtor recommended George to me and my husband after the other loan officer we had was dodgy and hard to get hold of. George and his team did a wonderful job putting me and my husband’s loan together and worked really fast during our escrow process. They responded promptly to e-mails and answered any questions we had. We are really satisfied with the work George and his team have done and plan to work with George on any loan related processes in the future. We highly recommend!

  I applied for a Home equity line of credit last year with a my local credit union. From start to finish it took almost 7 months to fund and there were NO issues on my end. It was simply the CU was slow and had horrible customer service. I thought I would be treated well because of what bank it was and I had been a loyal customer for 20+ years. Clearly, I was wrong! I had to share that, so I could then share the purpose for my review! ANYWAY...I heard rates were good, so I did a google search for lenders and it gave me Network Independent Mortgage Brokers which had some great reviews. So, I decided to call them, to see if I can refinance and pay off the Home Equity Line of Credit. George was eager to earn my business and I decided to move forward. I got his team everything they needed and from the start of the loan process to the funding it took only 3 weeks. George and his Team get things done! They are so willing to explain and make you feel like you are their only client even though they have other loans going on. I didn't have to call them every day to find out what was going on, They would call or email me to keep me in the loop. Thank you, George and team for all of your hard work! People are quick to leave nasty reviews, but not always good reviews when a company has done well. I FOR SURE wanted to take a moment and give this company some Kudos!   George Kalis and his team have helped me now THREE TIMES: (1) b/c he is an independent mortgage broker, he was able to personally make sure that my loan did not fail; b/c of his hard work and belief in me (other lenders would not have "saved" my loan), I was able to move into my home in Fairfield in April 2017;(2) since that time, he has helped me refinance and provide advice on funding and I trust him and his team completely.   George and his team are dedicated professionals who know how to get things done. They made what seems to be a complicated and confusing process easy and understandable. They are patient and dedicated to their customers. When our original lender fell through George was there to pick up the pieces and was able to secure us a loan with even better terms than we originally had! George took care of every detail promptly and even provided some excellent insurance companies! I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family and I know exactly where I'll be going if I need anything in the future!
