  We have bought and sold several houses in our lives as we changed professions and invested in just the right home to retire in. Yes, we have worked with more than ten different Realtors over the years. Jeanette Hochstatter is the first and only Realtor we could, in good conscience recommend to anybody. Jeanette was always available to shepherd us through the strange and frustrating dance of selling our home. She knows her stuff and can articulate even the most complex parts of selling. She’s always your greatest advocate and is available at any time for questions or in my case, talking me off the ledge. Jeanette has many excellent contacts that are invaluable when we prepared our property for sale. We got the highest price for our home, not because of an exaggerated TV ad, but because of hard work and attention to detail. We highly recommend Jeanette for all your Real Estate needs.

  I can't say enough about our experience with Jeanette. She went far above what would be expected by a real estate agent. We were moving from Washington and I spent 2 full days with her. She had each day well planed and gave me here honest opinion of what she thought. Since we did not know the area she was willing to give us recommendations on everything involving our move to Sun City West from out of state even on things unrelated to the sale. My wife and I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

Her communication skills are outstanding and she is always available to handle your phone calls. Her follow up thru the transaction is exceptional, she keeps you updated throughout the transaction. She sold my moms house in 6 days for more than I was asking. Jeanette is extremely knowledgeable with Sun City West, she knows the floor plans, she does light staging on her own dime to show the home at its best, and her photographer does an excellent job!   I am a Midwesterner who loves Sun City West. I've bought property here more than once and my recent experience with Jeanette was wonderfully positive. She helped us negotiate a multiple-buyer-deal and we ended up with the perfect property for us. We are close to family and the center of town which made this the perfect home.   What can I say about Jeanette Hochstatter? She is the most amazing realtor that we could of ever hoped for. My husband and I have been searching for a home, and Jeanette hung in there like a champ! We of course wanted specific things in our new home, and with us still in Illinois, and wanting our home in Arizona, it created many challenges for her. But she took a lot of time - and really paid attention to our wants and needs, and walked us through many many homes so she could really get a feel for exactly what we were looking for, and WOW did she ever deliver! - I can't say enough about the personalization she puts forth, but also the professionalism, and how she really cared about us!
