  Went through the drive thru on 8/23/2021. Wanted to cash a $31.00 check. Check was endorsed and sent our debit card with the check Cashier said she needed my wife’s driver license also. Never had this happen before on a check under $100.00. Transaction took 8-10 minutes. It was a horrible experience.

  My dad passed away on Mar 27th. I went into this particular branch to close out my late father’s safety deposit box. When I was looking at the papers I noticed that they charged the account $125 at the beginning of April for the next 12 months. I asked the associate to talk to the branch manager about waiving the fee since we obviously don’t need the box anymore and we are only 2 weeks into the new charge. The associate explain to me that I could use the new fee for my own safety deposit box, however I explained to him I had a house safe and didn’t need one. The branch manager still refused to refund the charge even though she knew my dad passed away before the bank charge. NICE EXAMPLE OF EMPATHY AND HUMAN KINDNESS CHASE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.

  Don't bank here. Chase is very awful. I was locked out of my account and it was closed for an unknown reason. They would not tell me why they made this decision. Then they refused to give my money and I am still waiting to receive it. They also could not tell me the status of account that were running through it. The staff has been less than helpful and unable to answer basically any question. I have been dealing with this now for several hours with no resolution. Bring your business somewhere else. I have three other bank accounts with different banks and have never experienced anything like this.

  The staff here is wonderful, they always have a smile on their face and always do their best to help out with whatever I need. Great people in this Chase Bank always walk away from here happy!

  Compared to other Chase locations the staff in SCW is incredibly helpful and open. Beyond financial advice, they focus on building strong personal relationships with their clients. For those interested, they also serve coffee.

  Convenient for all my banking needs. Has become more self serve, however, during banking hours there is always someone there to help and the ATM is always available.

  Amazing service. Great staff, kind and consider. They’re patient and understand we’re all human we forgot/mess up sometimes. Very thoughtful and professional. Deserve a raise 👍

  I had a very serious problem. Mr Anthony Rodriguez took care of it and was just amazing!! He deserves 10 stars!! The people at this branch are fantastic!!!!
