      Long lines..one .teller... They want you to use mobile banking or the outside ATM. Very little personal service if you actually made it. But in my opinion with 40 years of Bank of America it's always like that. It really doesn't impact me most the time because I use either the ATM or my phone to make deposits or go to another bank where I have an account.or have an account . It's easy to transfer money fromoneonebank acct to another

      Didn't go to the drive thru. Had an appointment to open an account there so I can close my Wells Fargo account next month. I used to be with Bank of America since 1993 and now I want to go back.

      Always have issues doing a simple deposit of my cashier's check into my landlord's account. Not sure why it seems that the deposit protocol is different at every B of A I go to. Frustrating

      Time goes by fast just counting custom golf carts and watching the elderly bump their vehicles on to the cement parking stops. Quiet, relaxing city with a near by Arby's. "What are the three P's?".

      Absolutely the most unfriendly tellers and long lines. I drive over to the bank in Surprise, AZ on Grand and Bell to avoid going to the one in Sun City West. . Tellers and others in Surprise are much friendlier.

      Eight employees walking around, one teller, long line and wait time. More strict deposit policies than other institutions makes it difficult to get bring my balances here.
