  Leontyne James was a great agent. She took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions on many occassions. Lee was through and responded quickly. Once we were under contract, Lee was informative and supportive. The requested documents were easy to obtain and she provided updates throughout the process. After closing, she has continued to maintain contact to follow-up and congratulate us on achieving our goal. Lee maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire journey and made us feel comfortable with our purchase.

  Our lending agent, Ms. Leontyne James, was the best!!! From day one till closing, she was professional and kind and VERY knowledgeable about the mortgage side of the home buying process. She helped get our credit up, processed a TON of paperwork, and most importantly, helped to secure a $20k grant from the Orange County Down Payment Assistance program that covered our closing costs and down payment!!! If we ever buy again, JD Lending Group will be the place we'll go to first. 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  If you need a home and need a team that will support your through the buying process, I recommend JD Lending Group. The Support, Knowledge Base and Amazing Attitude of Ms. Lee is a HUGE part of why I have keys to my home today. This market isn’t easy, especially for a newly single mom.   Although we weren’t able to complete the process, working with Lee James was heaven sent! With every conversation I felt like we were friends! She treats you with respect and breaks down everything! There would be times where she couldn’t sense that I didn’t understand something so she would explain it in another way.   I personally don’t do reviews rather good or bad. But for me and my family NOT to bestow our sincere and genuine respect for Ms Lee, would be a disservice to our greater community. God knows the the process was indeed trying… But I must admit with Ms Lee’s knowledge and beyond the ceiling approach me and my family are and will be forever grateful for her candid views while being optimistic...   Made the Home Buying Process a Breeze Ms. Lee provided top-class service. From the very first conversation we had, I knew she would help us accomplish our dream of buying a home.
