  My account was hacked. Although it took a few days through email and phone calls, I finally found and linked with Ana who took me under her wing and helped me through the ordeal. Since we don’t live near a branch anymore, she found a sister bank near me so I could get money since my account had to be locked and then arranged an appointment that worked for us in the closest branch to us at our earliest convenience.

  This review goes out to Ana Santiago from the downtown campus. Ana goes out of her way to help her customers and is very pleasant to work with. When she tells you she will get back to you let’s just say she does call back even if it right before she heads out the door to end her day. I went thru a traumatic event in my life a month ago and she was compassionate, understanding, comforting and helped me to the best of her ability. I had a horrible experience when I went to the Insight Financial bank, they were not as compassionate, understanding nor as comforting as Ana from Addition Financial was. I literally cried in my car after leaving that bank. Not at Addition Financial, Ana Santiago made me feel human and important and even after my visit with her at the bank, she responds quickly to my voicemails and emails. Thank you Ana for making me feel important and for helping me thru this difficult time! I wish there were more bank employees like Ana E Santiago at other banks. I’m so glad I bank at Addition Financial.

  Working with Kimberly Kelley has been such an awesome experience. She has been an absolutely pleasure to work with. Usually banking and finances are stressful, but Kimberly has alleviated that pain and guided us every step of the way. 10 out of 10 recommend Addition Financial!

  Went to get my card 8/15 and the machine was not working had to pick up my card the next day and i guess there was a glitch that added an extra $100 to my account but i was told it was the promotion from referring a friend fast forward to two months later they tell me they made a mistake and because they did they're taking $100 back. Very frustrating when you budget money and they take $100 back from a mistake that had nothing to do with you but with their miscommunication.

  Service was nice. Environment was very relaxed. Didn’t have to wait that long. Had no issues as everything went very smoothly. I had a good experience 8/10. I was serviced by Ana. She was very cool and chill.
