  There's a reason that they have the highest rating in the Orlando area when it comes to mortgages. Shahram and Cindie were both fantastic and very professional. I was able to get funding for a quick close with no problems. Any time the bank needed something extra, Cindie was quick to respond. I shopped 5 different lenders and Florida Home Funding's fees are among the lowest, but the real value was in working with two very competent and responsive individuals who were able to create a solution for me that avoided PMI and got me a great rate.
