  I am on my 3rd property with Fidus Fi. My point of contact has been Jon Doss. I was referred to him by another investor. Working with Jon Doss has been an absolute pleasure. We have closed on all properties on time with no issues, hold ups, or errors. For the last property I closed on with Fidus Fi, I had a family emergency and needed to be in Europe for an extended time and one of my closings was right in the middle of my trip. I thought it was going to be difficult and tedious. Jon was in constant contact with me the entire time, and made everything super convenient, and easy for me so I could focus on my family health issue. I am going to start refinancing my properties into long term 30 year loans with them shortly. The opportunities are endless with Fidus Fi as a hard money lender. I appreciate Jon and the entire team at Fidus Fi, and I will continue to use them as my premier Hard Money Lender. Thank you guys for everything you do!

  I've refinanced several flip deals with FidusFi. These properties were cash purchases, and I wanted to leverage the cash out for other deals. Dustin and his team provided fast and professional service. I met with Dustin before doing business and found him to be focused on the company's needs. He provided great insight and good finance advice.

  We used FidusFi through Dustin Lauer, in order to refinance a golf course operation and could not find (and wasted a lot of time with) other potential lender sources. Ultimately referred to Dustin by an executive at a title insurer whose company had handled closings in the past with FidusFi, and it was a stroke of luck for us because just within a few short weeks we had fully funded what was needed for the project.   We paid for an appraisal for a refinance and never received an appraisal report back from the broker Jon Doss at FiDusFi. We made numerous attempts to Jon to have the money refunded and initially received a verbal that he was working to credit us back. That was months ago now and he has not returned our money or a recent email that I sent him asking for the credit. Furthermore, Jon was unable to help us secure a loan after assuring us his team was experienced with our type of loan product needs. I do not recommend FiDusFi as they do not seem to be an ethical company.

  Dustin and his team were wonderful. I was a borrower during the period most of the country was under lock down due to Covid. Dustin worked with us during this difficult period. Congrats Dustin.
