  I have had the pleasure of closing several deals with JB Mortgage. My clients have always been impressed with the smooth transaction. Josh is great at communicating, both with my clients and keeping me (their realtor) in the loop. I especially appreciate that they have someone on call every weekend so there is always someone to call if we have questions and need an answer before Monday morning. As a busy realtor, I also appreciate the time Kyle takes to help me organize my social media accounts and make sure all details are current & correct. These guys even have a cool video room that I can create videos in or take professional photos in. JB group are great for my clients and great for me!

  We had such a wonderful experience working with JB Mortgage Group! We have worked with multiple mortgage companies over the years and never had such a seamless experience! Dee Dee was fantastic to work with! She got us a quick approval and ready for closing in less than 2 weeks!! Our realtor and title company were even commenting about how great she was to do business with! Highly recommended!!!!

  I worked with Josh at JB Mortgage Group last summer and I had a great experience. He was always available, whether I had a quick question via email or when I had a LOT of questions as a first-time homebuyer and we would chat over the phone. Some aspects of the homebuying process are very time-sensitive, so it was great knowing that I had Josh and his team working with me to make sure everything leading up to my close date went smoothly.

  I had a really smooth experience working with JB Mortgage Group. At closing, even the title company raved about how great they were to work with. My situation is a bit unconventional (I live abroad and am self-employed) but they made it happen and were always approachable! My loan officer DeeDee Hydes was great to work with. Also a special shout out to Josh Hiller who got on the phone with me and explained the preliminary closing disclosure in amazing detail. I really appreciated their friendliness, professionalism and transparency.
