  Dan is a wonderful lender and always so quick to help. He makes things easy to digest and is especially great at keeping things calm in an overall high stress industry! I’m a Realtor and Dan has not only treated my clients with the upmost professionalism and respect, but he gets the job done quick. We haven’t had any issues with appraisals which is a huge relief in this market. Not to mention, Dan helped me with my personal home purchase, as well as my parents home purchase and refinance. Can’t recommend him enough! Oh and if you’re looking for a new friend - he can provide that too! He’s the most friendly lender I’ve met.

  4/12/21 Edit: Wanted to add a picture of our closing day from 1/24/20. Love that you can see Dan in the reflection of the mirror and is just as happy as we were. Thanks again, Dan for all your hard work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND working Dan for your home purchase, especially if you are a first-time home buyer as my wife and I were. 1. Dan is very responsive. We had tons of questions during the process and Dan was always quick to respond with a text or call. 2. Dan is extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process both generally and specifically about the Austin area market. There wasn't a single question that he could not answer. 3. Dan was also able to help us refinance our house a year after purchase to save money with a lower rate. Really appreciate him going the extra mile for us. Dan is professional and will always work for the best interest of his clients. Highly recommend Dan and will definitely work with him again in the future!

  Dan was awesome. Not only did he get me the best rate, but he was able to close ahead of time to work around complexities in my schedule. As a first time homebuyer, I was at times unfamiliar with parts of the process but Dan was always extremely responsive and helpful in answering my questions regardless of whether they came in over email, text, or phone. I would definitely work with Dan again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to a friend.

  Dan was amazing!! If I could put more than 5 starts, I would. I am a new home buyer. Dan not only was very transparent about everything and explained everything, but he updated me along the way which was so great! I was able to get the best rate with Dan compared to what I was seeing before with my bank. It is so relieving to actually have a professional individual who helps you, cares about you, and feels like your friend at the end of it all!

  I purchased my first home last November and really enjoyed working with Dan. As someone who was a bit lost in the process at times Dan always made a point to speed up or slow down as needed.
