  Michelle Monroe at City Bank was the best lender I've ever worked with. She takes being a lender to whole new lever. Not only did she work with me over the past year to get my finances to the right place, she gave me the confidence to BELIEVE I could do it. And I did. She was there every step of the way to answer my questions and calm my nerves. She truly went above and beyond. If you're looking to purchase a home or refinance, you've got to use Michelle Monroe or you're doing yourself a disservice. I couldn't speak more highly of her and City Bank. Their online platform made the process very easy and I could track every step of the process online. 10/10 will use again. Literally couldn't be more happy.

  Over the past couple of months we have been working with Linda Ingram and City Bank on a loan for a property in Ruidoso. I’ve worked with lots of banks and mortgage folks over the years and I can tell you, it’s not always easy. The service we received at City Bank was outstanding.   We worked with Rick and his team at City Bank mortgage in the Austin office. He helped guide us through the finance process for our home purchase in Austin. We had a tight timeline (less than 30-day closing window) and barraged him with myriad questions and Rick and his team were diligent and thorough​ (and quick!) with all their sedulous responses and heedful advice (including responsiveness after-hours and on weekends). I've been a City Bank customer with my bank accounts and big loans since my time as a student in Lubbock during the ​aughts and have always appreciated their commitment to service, but Rick and his team far exceeded that standard. I wish we could give them more than 5 stars on this review.
