  I thought all the reviews were too good to be true. From the time of first contact to closing on our house, Ashby was extremely helpful every step of the way. He took my calls and responded to my emails on weekends and on his vacation. The mortgage rates were well below any other quotes I got and I had many options to choose from in terms of interest rate and closing costs. Highly recommend them.

  Had a wonderful experience with Ashby and the Highlander Team. I asked him to takeover my Jumbo Refinance that was on life support and had been unable to get to Close. He reviewed my file and promptly said he could get it done so I asked him to proceed with application and loan. He was honest & straightforward and about 35 days later we were there, Closing went off without a hitch.   Scott at Highlander mortgage was extremely helpful helping us when we bought our first home. We were so satisfied that we went with him a second time when we refinanced. He gave us the best rates and closing costs of any lender we spoke with. In addition, he was the only lender we spoke to that seemed to understand all the complexities in the lending business.
