  I used Jay for my house purchase in 2016 and Jay recently helped my daughter buy her house November 2020.   We sought to have a refinance on our home. We started the process with Jay and he gave us different options that we could do. We selected one and followed Jays advice to not lock in the rate. A few weeks later Jay let us know the rates were lower and recommended to lock in at that time. Overall a great experience.
