  Richard will provide the safest possible lender experience you can get. There is nothing worse than a loan falling through or an unexpected factor hindering your home purchase. If you go with Richard Blair, you will find that he goes extremely in depth with your profile review. He will explain everything to you in excruciating detail but this is exactly what you want. Richard is extremely resourceful and understanding. He is very enthusiastic about his profession and he will talk your ear off about home loan parameters, fees, requirements, etc. I think I can become a qualified loan officer now with how much Richard taught me. Richard probably knew before the underwriters that I would be approved for a loan. The thing I love most about Richard is that he will answer any question that he can. He's a loan officer but he's been in the business for more than 25 years. I was a first time home buyer and I had questions about inspection, appraisals, repair, home searches, and he helped me wherever he could. Really cannot find a better lender. Thanks, Richard!
