  Timothy and his team did an outstanding job helping my finacee and I with our first home purchase. The process was outlined very clearly and they helped guide us through every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed within a timely manner. His team also worked very closely with my realtor to make the process extremely smooth, especially when it came to putting offers in. If you're in the market for a lender, I would highly recommend that you work with them because I've begun recommending them to my friends and colleagues looking to make a home purchase too.

  Told me I was approved for a $250,000 mortgage loan and then after the realtor backed out, the company refused to return any emails. I'm a 1st time home buyer and they made me feel like I don't exists and that they're only after my money and my personal information. I feel like they don't even care about potential buyers. Don't go to this company.

  The team was helpful and kind. Fairway made our home purchase easier by explaining things we didnt understand as well as promptly responding to any concerns or questions we had along the way and were available 7 days a week. Multiple team members checked in on you I appreciated that and also enjoyed being able to communicate through email and text .

  The Potempa Team helped me to help my mom refinance her home. There were some challenges along the way with expected health issues on Mom’s part, but everyone was so helpful in working around them and getting my mother a great fixed rate.   They have not stopped calling me for 2 months! Get the hint please! I block their number and they just call from a different one. If I havent answered you yet, chances are I wont!
