  My husband and I were interested in buying a home, but as first time home buyers we had no idea where to start. We tried to work with our current bank, but felt completely lost and did not know the process. We connected with Jason thankfully and it was amazing to see the difference with someone who truly cared about us! Jason explained the process, gave us realistic expectations and helped us get into a beautiful home to raise our sons in! He is always looking out for us and was able to lock us in with a good interest rate, mortgage payment and great closing costs! We always knew what point our loan was at and we were well informed of the options that were recommended for us to reach our homeowner goals. We are grateful for Jason for everything he has helped us with and his immeasurable knowledge and experience.   It has been an absolute joy to work with Jason! He has been so patient and helpful! We just purchased our first home and he made it a very distinct point to make sure we knew what we were getting into. He gave us all options and explained why each option would be beneficial. We had A LOT of questions but he was always able to answer them and help us gather the best information for what we were looking for! He truly cares about the people he works with and that is obvious. We have sincerely enjoyed working with Jason.

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jason on our loan. Jason is very knowledgable and gave us a few options that would work for our situation to get us the best combination of closing costs, interest rate and mortgage payment. Jason explained the pros and cons of each scenario, that helped us make an informed decision. The sellers wanted to close quickly. Jason and his team bent over backwards to get everything completed in a fast, but accurate way. Jason coordinated everything with the Title Company so the process was smooth and as easy for us as possible. I was impressed with how quickly Jason would respond to my questions. The Title Company folks even mentioned how they were impressed that Jason attended the closing meeting. Jason was there to make sure we did not leave with any unanswered questions. I highly recommend Jason for your loan needs.

  We were very lucky to find Jason when thinking about buying a home. We were unsure if we would even qualify but he was very confident and knowledgeable which made the process comfortable and painless. He was always available to answer any questions and thanks to him and his constant involvement we qualified and closed on a home in less then two months!   We were in a situation where we had to sell our home and purchase a new one within the span of 2 months. Jason was the first and only person I called because I knew he was an expert in home loans. We are a military household and Jason knew everything about working with military families and processing the VA Home Loan. Even though the home-buying process is stressful, Jason was always in contact with us throughout the process. He even referred us a great home inspector so we knew our new home was safe and up to code. I highly recommend Jason and Intercap Lending when you are purchasing a home.   I had the pleasure of working with Jason and his team on refinancing my home. Jason worked hard at lowering my interest rate as well as getting rid of my mortgage insurance. I couldn't have been more pleased. He was very professional and worked quickly to get me to closing. I will be recommending him to anyone I know that needs it. I also really enjoyed knowing he works a lot with Veterans as well to help with their mortgages. (Proud Army brat, here!)

  So glad we decided to work with Jason on our refinance! He made the process super easy for us! We had a couple of phone conversations to discuss goals and details. We were able to electronically submit the loan application and all the documents he needed for the loan, so we never had to leave the house! And when it came time to sign closing docs we went to the title company of our choice and signed without a flaw! Not to mention he got us out of our 30 yr mortgage into a 15 yr mortgage for almost the exact same monthly payment!

  Jason Cowan is a master of his craft and truly enjoys his job and it’s very clear when you get the chance to work with him. His knowledge is vast and he has no problem finding anything for you. I went with a VA loan for my home and he was on point with what was needed and how long the process would take, he never told me numbers that were deceiving and was always upfront. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a home loan.
