  Jasmine sold a condo in San Jose for me in November 2021. She was very professional and organized and on top of all details during the entire process, from repair to cleaning, staging, and open house presentations. This was especially vital as I was not in the local area during the sale process, so it was up to her to arrange all of the contractors and make sure they stayed with their promised schedule and price. Jasmine brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which brought in many serious buyers.   I know real estate agents have an incentive to do well, but Jasmine really goes above and beyond. Not only is she super knowledgable and helpful, she is also very patient with attention to detail. In addition, she has an eye for aesthetics. She staged our home so beautifully, we sold it in no time. When we bought our houses with her (twice), she was always available and made sure we understood every step of the way. We cannot recommend her enough.
